Food grade chistosan is made from the deep-sea snow crab shells , unpolluted and safe character . it is the substance obtained by deacetylation of chitin.The chitosan is a natural fiber that helps reduce the abosorption of fat and cholesterol.Chitosan, also known as deacetylchitin, is produced by deacetylation of chitin, which is widely found in nature. Its chemical name is polyglucosamine (1-4) -2-amino-B-D glucose.
